The Founders

Tim French reared in Bladensburg Maryland, began his career in transportation management as President and Owner/Operator of French’s Trucking Inc. Tim took over the helm as nationwide safety director for Liberty Transportation Inc., before becoming the senior vice president of the company.

Donyue Turner a graduate of Morgan State University began his career in transportation management with FedEx (formerly Roadway Package Systems Inc.) as Operations Coordinator in Maryland and Washington DC. He then became the Home Delivery Manager for Hygrade Distributions and Delivery Systems Inc., before becoming the Director of Operations for both the Baltimore and Philadelphia markets.

The Executive Officers of Colt Express boast over 25 years combined experience in transportation management. They have serviced a variety of the nations leading retail chains along with some of America’s finest furniture stores from coast to coast.
